Provides educational funding and opportunity gaps at all of Brevard County's 85 public schools

Brevard Schools Foundation

Brevard Schools Foundation fills educational funding and opportunity gaps at all of Brevard County's 85 public schools for over 75,000 students and 5,000 teachers by supporting innovation, engaging communities, and changing lives. Funds come from private contributions, corporate support, public matching funds, fundraising and endowments.

Nana's House

Nana's House provides housing and wrap around support for foster families in Brevard County. These foster families care for the neglected, abused, needy, and abandoned children in our state foster system. Nana’s House helps foster parents provide a safe, loving home for the child. They work to provide housing, utilities, transportation, clothing, school supplies, toys, household items, and anything else the foster families and the children they serve may need. The children live in a home with two foster parents – mother and father – and other children – up to five per home.

Family Promise

Family Promise of Brevard is a community-powered non-profit committed to transforming the lives of local families experiencing housing instability. Over 500 families are served annually through three programs: prevention, shelter, and stabilization. With rising rents and stagnant wages, these services are needed now more than ever to meet the needs of local families.

Keeping households together by providing a holistic solution in setting goals, learning skills, and accessing the services needed to build a stronger, healthier and self-sufficient family unit. St. Stephen’s Way provides affordable housing along with supportive services to homeless families referred by the Brevard School System.
