We are the only Association on the Space Coast providing advocacy for the commercial building and housing industry in Brevard County since 1964. In addition to our Government Affairs successes, the association has a variety of outstanding education, networking, and sponsorship opportunities for a database of nearly 360+ member companies, our members make an annual economic impact of nearly $500 million and employ an estimated 4,000 professionals.  Once you join the Space Coast Home Builders and Contractors Association (HBCA), you automatically become a member of the Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). The Space Coast Home Builders and Contractors Association (HBCA) is proud to be one of 23 local building associations that collectively form the Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA), the statewide voice of Florida’s construction industry. The FHBA advocates for builders, remodelers, and contractors at the state level, shaping legislation, promoting fair regulations, and providing vital resources and education to strengthen the industry.
